Private School Party Information

Each private school party is a 2-hour private event just for your group.
Every party is fully staffed and program geared for you. 

Please Note
Private school parties have a minimum amount of skaters required:
• For a morning/afternoon event, 50 skaters are required to pay.
• For an evening event, 75 skaters are required to pay.

How Private School Parties Work:

1. Select A Desired Date

Select a desired date and time on the form below. (We will let you know if that is available)(Limited to availability).

2. Fill out the form

Fill out the form below with all the necessary information about your non-profit organization and event.

3. Promote your event

The more people knowing, the more fun! We will give you some marketing material to help! (Reminder: private events have skater minimums).

4. Have Fun Skating

Everyone gets to come together and have fun skating, listening to music, playing games, grabbing a bite to eat and drink, and much more!

5. Want to Get Paid?

Did you know we offer fundraising parties for schools and groups? Receive up to 35% cash back on admission sales for your cause! Just turn your party into a Fundraiser Skate! We charge a rate of $7.00 per skater, you charge $1, $2 or $3 extra and receive a rebate that night!

Daytime School Parties

Skate completed before 5:00pm

Daytime school parties are available to all schools wanting to bring a class or the entire school skating for a field trip! These parties are available Monday thru Friday completed by 5:00pm.

  • Includes Regular Rental If Needed
  • Full Employee Staff For Your Party
  • Program Geared For Your Group
  • $7.00 Each Additional Skater After The Initial 50 Skaters

THE “DAYTIME” SCHOOL PARTY
MORNING/AFTERNOON BEFORE 5PM
MINIMUM $350.00 (50 SKATERS)
$7.00 EACH ADDITIONAL SKATER

Evening School Parties

Skate anytime after 5:00pm

Evening school parties are available to all schools wanting to bring a class or the entire school skating! These parties are available Tuesday and Thursday Evenings any time after 5:00pm.

Fundraiser skating event are hosted the same time as the daytime and evening school parties. You set the rate, have fun and get paid that night!

Fridays: 9am-11am, 11am-1pm & 1pm-3pm

Available Evening School Parties:
Tuesdays: 5:30pm-7:30pm, 6:00pm-8:00 & 6:30pm-8:30pm
Thursdays: 5:30pm-7:30pm, 6:00pm-8:00 & 6:30pm-8:30pm
